6. Artificial Intelligence & Artistic Style Protection
The use of any content, imagery, media, or creative output produced by the Studio for the purposes of: training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning datasets, generative modeling, or emulating the distinctive artistic style of the Studio or its Principal Artists is strictly prohibited. This protection extends to visual identity and style, conceptual frameworks, artistic methods and likeness and creative signature. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable intellectual property and emerging AI-related laws.
7. Subscription Packages
