Barr Aqdas Studios — Commission Program

Barr Aqdas Studios accepts a limited number of commissioned works each year, with a maximum of nine (9) projects annually. This ensures each piece is approached with the highest level of artistic focus, material integrity, and conceptual development.

Commission Inquiries
Clients are invited to submit an inquiry via email at info@barraqdasstudios.com, including:

• Desired dimensions

• Conceptual direction or overall composition

• Photographs of the intended installation space

For collectors based in Southwest Florida, private consultations with the artist are recommended to develop the concept in person. Domestic and international clients are encouraged to schedule a virtual consultation.

Engagement & Process
Each commission begins with a formal consultation, followed by a conceptual proposal. Upon approval, a 50–55% initial deposit is required to initiate the project.

Once confirmed, the studio will provide a projected timeline based on current scheduling. Standard completion time is approximately nine (9) weeks, during which clients receive curated progress updates.

Completion & Delivery
Final payment is due before delivery. The studio accepts major payment methods, excluding personal checks and money orders. Shipping and delivery are arranged on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safe handling of each work. Installation services are available for local clients.

Collectors are invited to share documentation of the installed work, contributing to the evolving archive of Barr Aqdas Studios.
